On August 25, 2025 my care team faxed in orders to replace my 10 yr. old CPAP. They did confirm to me that the orders had been received. On 10/16/25 I contacted AdaptHealth as I had not heard anything other than receiving a call asking if I needed any supplies for my CPAP...which I did not. I spoke to a very nice receptionist in the Owatonna office who informed me the orders had be forwarded to the resupply team rather being treated as an order for a new device.
