After 5 days of carbs <100 grams per day and protein 60 to 90 grams per day that was recommended I got very sick, 5 pounds wt gain on the 5th day, then 2 more pounds wt gain. Felt very unbalanced, sick, short of breath. Stopped the recommended plan and am slowly improving. Too much protein. One size plan does not fit all. Do your research on the effects of high protein. I was not expecting this from Allina.

Not happy with all the testing they are making me do. I'm out of pocket $700 and have not even been approved for the surgery.
