Just spoke with Amanda in "post op surgical care coordination". She was condescending, ill informed and unpleasant.
I had surgery here on 4/29. Very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice caring and considered my needs. Location was clean. Have nothing negative to say. Followed up to check how I was doing. Thank you

Edit: Cut and paste response from the owner 10 months later?? Nice. Clinical team...great work, you guys rock. Billing team...very bumpy experience. Up front charges were exactly as communicated. Then, they dropped some new charges. Billing office did not budge when I called - "we just code what Dr. gives us". Well, I ended up having to circle back to the Dr., who was not happy at how notes were being interpreted. Either someone in this billing group is misinterpreting notes, or is looking to stick patients with extra charge... read more
amazing staff, I went in very nervous and unsure, they entire team worked well together to make my experience a breeze, they turned the entire experience in to positive senerio for me. I greatly appreciated every one of them, I would refer all my friends to them if it was up to me. Thanks again guys..
