Edit: Cut and paste response from the owner 10 months later?? Nice. Clinical team...great work, you guys rock. Billing team...very bumpy experience. Up front charges were exactly as communicated. Then, they dropped some new charges. Billing office did not budge when I called - "we just code what Dr. gives us". Well, I ended up having to circle back to the Dr., who was not happy at how notes were being interpreted. Either someone in this billing group is misinterpreting notes, or is looking to stick patients with extra charge... read more
amazing staff, I went in very nervous and unsure, they entire team worked well together to make my experience a breeze, they turned the entire experience in to positive senerio for me. I greatly appreciated every one of them, I would refer all my friends to them if it was up to me. Thanks again guys..

Dr. Folsom was amazing very direct and polite all the staff was amazing they’re are three steps when you arrive pre op then surgery then after pre op I believe when it was time to discharge we explained I would like a shower chair the lady just kept saying I could buy one at the store my mother intervened and said she has insurance so you can just prescribe it she just agreed but never actually did as well as I asked for three doctors not one for work work one for school and one for the county I never received not one letter... read more
