Dr Ferrari was rude and very passive aggressive. More focused on her lost phone than her patients. A random nurse that I haven't met yet came in and starting moving around my property looking for a phone that Ferari left in her car... She caused alot of unnecessary pain in my ear canal and was still not able to remove the foreign object. Just kind of finding whatever tool was available to use and poke around with. No plan at all. Stay away from that hospital at all cost. Blames low staff for there issue thats not there issue. Its alot more. Its a code of ethics and race issue. If badge 339 is there walk out. He picks and chooses who has to walk through the metal detector . 12 people Counted in a two hour period that didn't need to but a 7 year old has to but the 37 year old doesn’t have to.
