It seems like because it was a work comp claim visit that I didn't get the treatment like I would have if it was private insurance
I saw PA Megan Ayers Assad, who was amazing. Her “bedside manner” was great and reassuring. She was professional yet friendly and caring. She had reviewed my chart prior to stepping into the treatment room, which surprised and pleased me. My injection was done flawlessly and painlessly as she promised. All I felt was the needle prick. Dr Heller and team have hip replacement surgery and follow-up down to a science. Even had a dose of radiation therapy the day after to help prevent heterotopic ossification (extra bone and scarring). Thanks Dr. Heller!!
Had a knee replaced 6 and a half years ago with Dr Heller. Was a very positive experience, so when I started to have trouble with my other knee I decided to come back to Allina Health Orthopedics-Joint Replacement Center. So glad to have Dr. Heller and his staff to work with my up and coming knee replacement.
