Was referred by an 84 yr old who had 2 shoulder replacements, one in each shoulder. She has full movement back. Dr Folsom got right to the point and explained everything in detail and is willing to do whatever it takes to give me a new lease on life as well!
Very nice organized place to go for my needs . Was seen on time , they addressed my concerns, they answered all my questions.
I liked Dr Folsom but his PA had poor bedside manner. She acts as if you’re wasting her time or she’d rather be doing something else. As for as surgery there; the before surgery team was great but the after surgery team was the opposite. They make you feel like a number and not a patient. They couldn’t get me out fast enough even though they gave me more drugs just before my ride arrived. They didn’t give any teaching either.
