I feel truly blessed to be cared for at Minneapolis and specifically Dr's Vodress and Kruger. I feel heard and a included part of the health care team. As a healthcare provider myself, I know the value of taking that extra time to really connect with a patient enhancing their engagement and ultimate successful health journey. These Providers at Minneapolis Heart get it.
The people and staff are great. That being said. I was told to register for "my chart" which they don't call my chart anymore. I get regisistered and they said they would send an email in 15 or less. Never shows up can't find it etc. call the 1800 tech line. They were supposed to call me back. they did, phone filtered it as spam and they never left a message with a direct dial etc. I own a couple of tech companies. I fail to see how anyone is going to get their results from these people
