Haven't even come for my blood draw appointment yet but the scheduling staffs were just the best I've ever worked with. They were attentive and just seemed to really care that I was getting the help I needed!
Amazing employees! I needed to get a blood test at the Allina Health Lab and was struggling to get a order sent. The staff was extremely helpful, they answered all of my questions in detail and seemed to genuinely care about assisting me. I was feeling very frustrated about the complexity of my situation but was relieved when I was greeted by the kind employees! I can’t express how thankful I am, thank you for going above and beyond to make my experience great.
