Totally competent and totally kind. They made sure my doctor treated me before putting me in the ambulance. I was taken from a clinic to hospital. They asked if I understood my condition and what happened. Very kind people.

I am writing to express my disappointment in the actions of the drivers of ambulance number 437. We were driving on the highway US10 eastbound and he was being very unprofessional and dangerous. He was shouting profanities and displaying crude gestures to my children and my wife. He was also turning his sirens on and off which I thought was odd.
