The doctors are great but working with the business office during these tough economic times will not happen. They forced me to make a payment this morning I could not afford (I guess they don't care if I am able to feed my 5 year old child) and my account is locked until my billed is paid. My prescription for blood pressure medication is running out and I can not get a renewal until I see my doctor and I can not make an appt. until my bill is paid in full. I recently visited Dr. Spence and found him to be helpful and direct. Though my visit was at the end of the day, he took time to answer all my questions. I just received his follow-up letter which was well written and thorough. This is just what I desired to find in an OB/GYN physician. Thank you Dr. Spence.
