The Dr I saw was excellent.
Dr.Harms and all of his staff are more than awesome, trust worthy, professional and knowledgeable. I've put my life in their hands 3 times now. 2 hip replacements and one knee replacement.
Terrible experience at this location. Scheduled a visit to assess a kidney stone and was given a routine check up by Kayla (not the Doctor I scheduled my visit with). She proceeds to explain how surgeries work even though they have no idea where the stone is, writes me a new prescription, and tries to send me on my way. Brought my mother here for an appointment. During her appointment I sat in the waiting area, ate my lunch while watching a show on my phone. Front Desk ladies did see me sitting there. Mom's appointment went well. We sat there for 10- 15 minutes longer so I could finish my lunch. We left and I brought her home. Got back to work and reached for my phone. No phone.
