Her friendly communication on the phone and calling back to update me on availability was great. Never had a tow bar on a vehicle before, but Allin Towbars at Richmond made this process easy, efficient and reasonably priced. Point of contact via online enquiry & email was Giorgia on a Monday. Thorough & very patient with explanations & answering my questions. By Friday afternoon my tow bar was installed, well inside the time frame allotted. Can’t wait to attach our bike rack & bikes, then hit the open road to explore SA trails and beyond. Highly recommend Allin Towbars.
Helpful staff and professional job
These guys are awesome! Got my car a towbar today and my experience was fantastic. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. I felt very well informed and knew what I was getting into. Towbar install took just on 2 hours and I enjoyed lounging at a Cafe across the road (Rex Food Bar) in that time.
