Kelli is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She is a master of her craft and actually recommended against certain upgrades that didn’t pass the test of time or hindered usability once installed, i.e. stainless steel spice tiered rack would show fingerprints. Most businesses will take every opportunity to upsell a client rather than focus on customer satisfaction.
