I had an urgent need to come up for at least a temporary fix for my A/C before a drive up to Ohio and the fellas at Alligood managed to fit me in next day, fix it up, and get my car back to me quickly. I’m beyond grateful for them.
Cale at Alligood's is a super guy! Had an issue with my radiator and he told me to bring it right in for a quick check as they were finishing up a job. Told me he couldn't fix it that moment, but could at least/possibly diagnose. Pulled in, he checked it out, found a small issue (not my radiator), charged me $37 to fix it, I was there an hour and out the door I went. Totally recommend Alligood's!
Outstanding quality of service and superior customer service. Todd and Mike both were very helpful while purchasing tires and servicing my auto. Well deserved 5-Star rating!
Probably one of the worst places to get your car fixed. Unless you want to go back three or four times until they get it right. They should close down and open up a barber shop..
