I LOVE this company. They are friendly and courteous. I was very frustrated with the 2 prior companies I was using. I figured that switching companies again would just give me more headaches. Well, I decided to give Alligator Shredding a chance and boy am I glad I did! They are significantly cheaper than both of the other companies and their service is so superior that there is no comparison. If you want a great hassle free service at a great price, then Alligator Shredding is the only way to go.

I used Alligator Shredding over 3 years ago for a one time shred at home due to their less expensive charges. I was pleased then, therefore I called them again about 1 month ago expecting the same service. This time we were very disappointed at their customer service. The owner not only was disrespectful and rude while caught on a detour to our house, but demanded to call when our neighborhood construction was over, without the desire to find a right solution at the time. I had an appointment set up for shredding. I called in the morning to find out what time to expect the shredder. I was told it would likely be 6pm or later. I told the person we close at 5pm and after 6pm would not work. I was told then that I should find another company. So much for customer service.
