Awesome experience from the entire team from office staff through to the owner and guys that attended site. Kept me updated all the way, understood my stress levels (high!) and attended promptly and cleaned up the mess/made area safe top marks to all! Can’t thank you enough!
Excellent job. Installing a splash back into a very old, out-of-whack, chimney breast was clearly a really challenging job. The pricing was very competitive, communication excellent and the end result exceeded our expectations.
Fantastic service from Harley. My double glazed door blew out during the week and I was unable to get my Strata manager to issue a letter for insurer to do a make safe as they'd closed for Xmas. I dropped into Aligator glass on the off chance they were open and was greeted by Harley. Whilst officially closed for Xmas also, Harley stopped everything and came out to film the door, keeping everything safe until insurance could be sorted. Best service ever and such a great young guy. Merry Christmas everyone at Aligator Glass.
Debbie on the phone was extremely rude, argumentative and didnt even ask what i required. Before I could even explain anything said "dont expect anything before the end of January". Called the competitors who are sending someone immediately for a free quote- thats the service that is expected.
Fair quote, managed to replaced my crack splashback. Recommended!
