Absolutely appalling. A man and woman from this company were booked through NDIS to undertake 3 hours cleaning of the kitchen/family room area of my home. She sat down nearly the entire time, and he had no idea what to do. although it was very VERY obvious what needed attention. They fluffed around and hardly did a thing for the entire 90 minutes (X 2).
