Joshua is the nicest, most patient employee that you have. Every time he has come to my house to fix an appliance, he explains to me the problem, explains how to fix it, & always gives me advice about how to do my own monthly maintenance. He is the best and will always request him by name personally if I need any service to be done. He is a gem!!!! Never lose him!!!
