Very unprofessional business. They actually "lost" my mold of foot. It's been 2 months. What a joke. I have been told different stories why my brace isn't ready. Stay clear
I had a brace made due to an injury regarding my knee.. when the brace was finally finished, I had it fitted to my knee.. I took three steps in his office to make sure everything was okay... When I arrived home and started to walk on it the brace fell to my ankles... I contacted Allied and explained my situation.. that was two weeks ago & since then I have never heard back from Allied regarding an appointment.. Everytime I attempt to call I have been put on hold for at least 5 to 10 minutes with nobody ever answering the pho... read more
