Amazing Team and company, no one can do better!
Strung us along for over 2 months with consistently pushing out deadlines, at great cost to us. When pressed, finally admitted they had no boat lined up. Had to abandon them and move to another carrier. The owners have worked in leadership at other yacht companies (see United Yacht Transport) that were sued into bankruptcy due to similar tactics, so it's a theme.
Excellent service. Thorough follow through at all stages. Thank you very much.
