Strung us along for over 2 months with consistently pushing out deadlines, at great cost to us. When pressed, finally admitted they had no boat lined up. After getting them to admit that after 2 months, they blocked our number and refused to answer any communication, then several weeks later threatened a lawsuit to recover the entirety of the contract value, despite completely ignoring 100% of our attempts to communicate or negotiate. Had to abandon them and move to another carrier. The owners have worked in leadership at other yacht companies (see United Yacht Transport) that were sued into bankruptcy due to similar tactics, so it's a theme.

First class communication and follow up services, the loading happened as planned and their team was very responsive at all times.
