We bought Allied Windows for our National Register home about 15 years ago. We are very happy with how they reduce our energy bills and with sound deadening technology, make our home quieter. Some of them have begun to develop cracks. They are usually on the side and if stressed can run across the window. We asked Allied what caused this and the response was a sudden change in temperature. Our windows were out of warranty. The cost to replace a smaller one was over 750.00.
