Had this service for years and hated it. No consistent pricing, horrible customer service, missed pick ups and then charged me $75 to pick up the can when I cancelled the service. Anytime you called about your bill steadily going up, they wanna cut the price which lasts 1 billing cycle then back to price gouging. The whole street I was on paid a different price and the reason was gas prices…we are on the same street. So glad I finally found a real service who doesn’t suck your bank account dry for crappy service. Stay away.
The worse customer service to deal with. We pay an outrageous amount for trash service and you tow one of our customers vehicles because it was 30 feet from the trash. How about go ask who's car it is. Just take the trash like you're paid to do. You're lucky you pay to have a monopoly out here because we would definitely go with someone else.
Never showed up for service in may, it's September and your still trying to collect 9$. I've called since may to tell you to remove but still getting collection calls. This is harassment! You never even dropped off cans or came to my property! Please leave me alone!
Don't have the energy to type how ridiculous these people are. They didn't turn in the order, was told one thing by one person and told something different by another. Will not be using them and I recommend staying away because they are horrible.
Have been holding for over 43 minutes to cancel service; no answer; used the chat option online and was told to call an 877 number; 877 number is the same line I've been on hold with for over 48 minutes now; the offices all close at 5; called before 4pm and still no one has answered phone
