Our experience was very positive, staff were friendly, professional, and compassionate. Unfortunately our little guy didn't make it but they made his passing as comfortable, peaceful, and caring as much as possible. I'm extremely grateful for this place and those that work there, thank you for all that you do for our furry friends.
The staff was very thoughtful and kind towards me after losing my kitten Mr. marbles. The compassion they showed towards him while he was there and me being a mess from the whole situation was wonderful. They even ask for updates of his brother and sisters even after his passing. The sweetest staff here.
Everyone at Allied provided exceptional care for Teddy. They were thorough; they answered all of my questions; and they followed up to see how he's doing.
Allied were true professionals as long haul truckers, we arrived but Galaxy had already passed. They are truly compassionate and allowed us time to say goodbye. Today, Galaxy arrived home but we are still on-the-road. I can’t wait to see Galaxy but still very sad. Thank you for understanding and we need more places like yours. Our beloved boy, Galaxy, peacefully passed away on the evening of April 8th.
