Our cat was brought in when we were out of town. The staff was very understanding and went above and beyond to communicate with us. I was relieved to know he would have 24 hour care.
I had the worst day of my life when we had to unexpectedly bring our cat into Allied. We were given no idea that he was so sick. The staff were unprofessional, laughing in the back as we were on the verge of tears. I went to our primary a few days later and they looked at the exact same X Ray images and immediately knew we were going to have to euthanize our cat. We had to pay $1500 for nothing. I will never trust allied again
I never wanted to experience having to take my cat, Brutus, to an emergency veterinary hospital, but I’m grateful that Allied was the one we went to. Brutus was diagnosed with heart disease which caused fluid around his lungs, and we ultimately had to make the heartbreaking decision to move forward with euthanasia. Had an emergency, it was expensive, but who cares about price. They did a great job taking care of my baby, maybe saved her life.
I thought my puppy had eaten my big dogs pain pill, so I made him throw up. They were concerned about gastrointestinal irritation from making him vomit and said I should probably bring the puppy down to be checked. I drove a little over an hour and was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. Everyone was friendly and compassionate. The vet was very knowledgeable about his symptoms and treated my puppy very kindly.
