Very kind and caring staff! It may have been a little more expensive but we knew it would be more than going to our primary veterinarian due to the time and it being an emergency. They love our pup just as much as we do.

This week, I had to say goodbye to my baby, my sunshine, my best friend, Miko (goldendoodle). She went from being a perfectly happy and healthy dog having to say goodbye within 72 hours. I’m absolutely devastated and heartbroken as this is that one special dog that literally saved and transformed my life. It wouldn’t let me write everything so I posted in pics. The comment, “there is a surgery but I don’t think you could afford it.” Is really what haunts me. I really don’t want to know the answer to my question but my head runs with the the thought, “what if I asked more about the surgery instead of just hearing the put her down part. Would I have more time with her, more time to figure out what happened?” Again, I don’t want to know the answer but I think vets in situations like that really need to consider what they say.

I was extremely thankful for the service I received here. I was very anxious about how my puppy was doing and the staff made sure to explain every step of the way and reassure me everything would be alright. I'm not sure exactly who everyone was, but every single person I met that day made an enormous difference in my puppy's care. I am so glad that I brought Ash here. Lucky had a blocked bladder and needed surgery. The surgery went well and the next steps in his care where explained so I knew what need to be done at home. He is recovering very well at home.I highly recommend them to anyone that has a pet emergency. The vet and vet tech treated Lucky with the best care and were respectful to my family.
