When our dog was delivered to our vet office, the box came scratched and cracked. We paid an extra $35 for a paw print, when it arrived it was apparent that they don't wipe/clean the paw. It had our dog's hair, dirt, and blood on it. We called requested a new box, and a refund said they would send both. Today we went to get the new box, that box was also defective, this time it wouldn't seal properly. There was also no refund sent with it for the paw print that we can't get the blood off of. I took both of my Maine coons here, Schwartz and Chloe. They are very professional, I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else, I highly recommend!
