They just raised the prices, it's always hot inside even when its cold out side. WiFi doesn't work, the bathroom is always locked, The owner is very rude. No coffee again. lots of broken machines. The soap machine is always empty. Fresh Scents is better.
Allied / Rogovin Moving has been excellent from day one. Their packers treated all their belongings as if they were their own taking great care to pack every dish and glass to wrapping the furniture expertly. The day the moving van was loaded the movers were polite, professional and caring. Can't say enough about Rogovin - the entire experience has been superb and stress free!
Excellent experience on a move from CT to NJ. A company move of a two-bedroom apartment, including packing of items. They arrived on a Thursday and packed and loaded everything that day. Delivery on a Saturday. Two weeks later, I can say confidently that everything is accounted for, and nothing was broken. Everything they packed was carefully done. Terrible Movers, Stole my items. My experience with Rogovin Moving was horrible. They were unprofessional and I uncovered stolen/missing items that the owner of Rogovin was unable to address or account for. I had a box of jewelry, a coin purse of laundry quarters, and a bag of misc. clothing, portable speakers, etc, set aside for me to bring personally (not to be packed by the movers). Slater was a great company to move with. One of my friends recommend me to them and I was happy!
They moved me from CT to VA. They didnt deliver my items until 8:00p instead of 8:00a. They refused to put our beds together, even though it was in the contract. They even refused to bring the boxes upstairs. They broke all 3 of my tv's, damaged my leather coach set, i had busted up boxes, and missing items. When I tried to call the company, they were closed for the weekend. When I call to put in a claim which I tried for a whole month, because I paid for extra insurance, they NEVER returned my calls. this outfit blows they send you one old guy man two guys a rental truck and move at the speed of snail! I could have went and rented a truck and used my 14 yr old son, and done a better job!!!
