Initial quoting process was fast, easy to schedule and friendly. Pickup was smooth, although it took longer than expected. Furniture disassemble and reassemble was not great. Hardware was mixed up and bolts, nuts and screws were incorrectly used. One of the delivery crew used power tools and stripped almost all of the bolts for 2 of my beds and child's crib. Honestly, your appraiser, Tammy, had a more than average confusing visit as we tried to separate my wife’s belongings with mine as we were moving to separate addresses. I moved all of my electronic and fragile items except for a number of pictures and frames that traveled well with Allied. I had several concerns in maintaining communications with Carey Movers/ Allied leading up to the day of moving out and the preliminary manifest before moving day included items I had pointed out were not going on the move.
