Would never use this company again. No communication whatsoever. No updates or contacts to ask about my belongings. Danielle Dominquez is my account coordinator and seems to be extremely rude while simply asking questions about my belongings. 0/10 experience.
Horrible
Crew members very friendly. Did a great job loading but caused some damage to my new home and several pieces of furniture during offloading. Appeared to be in a bit of a hurry to offload and on to the next job. Boxes put in garage area not stacked well. Large boxes placed on top of small boxes. Some picture frame boxes laid flat instead of stacked upright. Most disappointing was follow up from Des Moines office when alerted of damage incurred in the move.
