Crew members very friendly. Did a great job loading but caused some damage to my new home and several pieces of furniture during offloading. Appeared to be in a bit of a hurry to offload and on to the next job. Boxes put in garage area not stacked well. Large boxes placed on top of small boxes. Some picture frame boxes laid flat instead of stacked upright. Most disappointing was follow up from Des Moines office when alerted of damage incurred in the move. Marlena and Josh were fantastic. They packed me up, loaded it all and drove it to Arizona where they unloaded it all. Made the move so stress free. They are the nicest people. What an asset you have. They deserve a big raise.
Amazing job. Jordan is amazingly organized. Crew worked well with her and were very attentive.
