Everyone at Allied/Bailey’s Moving & Storage in Centennial, CO was great to work with from Norm who did our estimate, to Karie who coordinated the move, to Mike our driver and the moving crew on both ends! Everyone was very friendly and Mike and the moving crew worked fast but were careful to not damage our home or belongings. Austin was great at explaining services and prices - very honest and helpful. Nancy was helpful when I got to talk to her. Driver was pleasant & efficient (even after ending up in the hospital for a breathing issue). However the “moving coordinator” needs definite help in communication (didn’t even know I had one). Had to continually try to track our load and get info on the issues… and she did NOT answer voicemails. I won’t name her to give her a chance to improve.
This move was a nightmare. The packers left boxes unsealed without packing paper. The driver had no crew to help him and it took 8 hours. Furniture was left in the house that should have been put on the truck. I had to leave them behind. No one seemed to acknowledge the problems or do anything about them. Yet, they charged the full amount of the move on my card. I am hoping I will be compensated for some of the mistakes that were made, but that remains to be seen. Overall, a very bad experience.
Moved from Colorado to Oklahoma, Josh wrote up the contract and everything went smoothly! He arranged for outside contractors to get my washer and dryer shut down and set up at the new location. Nancy coordinated the loading and unloading and handled everything so that I was able to close on my new house and then get all my belongings. Excellent company, really came through for me! Highly recommend!
Everything about using Allied for our latest move was great. Dan, our driver, was very communicative and helpful. All around great experience.
