Terrible experience. Lots of promises but the experience did not match the promise of “this will be the easiest move you have ever had”. It was the worst. If you look at the first two pictures you will see my things sitting in the gutter as the driver tries to locate things that were scheduled to be delivered to the drop off location. He knew and had ample opportunity to pack accordingly but did not. I would never recommend using this company for moving. It took the loaders 7 hours to load the truck. With the same amount of items, it only took the moving company 4 ½ hrs to load the same amount of items when I had moved into that house. My belongings were taken from Davenport to Cedar Rapids and sat in storage for almost a week before they were loaded onto another truck by Sam. Great moving experience. Our driver and her crew were incredibly hard working people. Everything arrived, nothing missing. All good!
