I received a quote from Emily Franks at the Allied Moving Company in Cleveland, Ohio. The quote was good, but I had a few questions. Every time my wife asked Emily, she couldn't answer and would say, "Sign the contract, and I won't answer all your questions." I was thinking of going with that quote initially, but after this experience, I decided to check other companies. I contacted another company, and even though their quote was higher, I felt more confident that they were the right choice.

Overall, the experience was positive and I was pleased with the service provided. There was a communication gap between Allied and the 3rd party contractor as to the timing of the delivery and unvesting my tv.
