One of the worst experiences of my life. Complete chaos with failure to provide services when needed. Lack of concern for customer prevailed. Everything promised was late and we were left needing to stay in hotel rooms until all of our possessions were finally delivered, It took two vans to do it because of mis estimation of load and they arrived at our destination at different times. Based on our experience, wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
It was our first time using a moving company and I can’t say enough good things. Everyone made this experience so easy. The loading and unloading teams were phenomenal, respectful, courteous and efficient. Our driver Angel was excellent at keeping me informed of delivery and helping wherever needed. All our belongings arrived safe and in tact.
I can’t even describe how bad our experience was with Allied. Water damage to a good portion of our shipment, lost the parts box so everything that was taken apart is useless, insurance process is so bad it makes you not want to do it. I would encourage you to NEVER use this company and if you do, please do not use them to store anything. The warehouse they chose to store our shipment was the dirtiest place I have ever seen in my life! Please please please do not use them!
