The move team was great. Managed load in from my home in MD w/o incident. Delivery in MA was as scheduled and super smooth. One item was lost through mis-delivery. An oriental rug was wrongly delivered to NYC with another customer’s shipment. That customer is out of the country so the local agent cannot retrieve my property. The move coordinator told me to file a claim. I am VERY unhappy.
