Great service, loved the communication and having a single person to reach out to. Everything was picked up and delivered to plan!
The service provided good communication throughout the move. I was able to ask questions and was updated to get the best estimated arrival, which was helpful moving across country. The price was similar to another quote I received, so I wasn't too surprised by the price. However, when my furniture and boxes were delivered, I could see that my delivery was packed with multiple delivers. Most of the boxes were smashed or had come apart. Great people, great team in pick up and drop off. They guaranteed their pricing; no surprise.
This company was the worst experience. I hired Victory Van to move from VA to NV. My household goods were stored in Berger Storage a Allied facility. When the items were delivered 2 items were missing which I did not notice immediately. I emailed the POC and she informed me to wait and file a claim after I have completed unpacking. I file the claim one item was broken which I sent them pictures and was paid the other was a Dyson vacuum cleaner and wall hanging. Please do not use this company they are are not honest agents.
