David and Jeremy provided great service. Delivered our mattress was delivered with no problem! I think the company overall can do better with their communication however, as you only get one message to confirm delivery, no option to change it and no reminder message of when it is coming. it took almost an additional month for our mattress to be delivered after it was ready
