Such a terrible experience, from beginning to end. For starters, the furniture and boxes were delivered 12 days later than scheduled date. On several days we waited for a scheduled delivery that never showed. The problems began on day of pickup in New Orleans. The crew that showed up was not informed that there were 2 delivery locations at destination point. They did not know how to proceed on how to sort the move. We had a great experience with these guys( David, Demarcus&Kyle) were great! They called ahead to let us know what time they would arrive, packed everything professionally, were very courteous and organized . Highly recommend:)

All of the guys involved in packing and loading were great. The only suggestion I would make is that when a box is packed it would make it so much easier if you said what room it came from. Just saying glass on every carton is not particularly helpful.
