The crew was professional and respectful and hardworking. Very pleased with the service.
Such a terrible experience, from beginning to end. For starters, the furniture and boxes were delivered 12 days later than scheduled date. On several days we waited for a scheduled delivery that never showed. The problems began on day of pickup in New Orleans. The crew that showed up was not informed that there were 2 delivery locations at destination point. They did not know how to proceed on how to sort the move.
