Louis and Ken and associated helpers were great. Every aspect of the move was explained and followed up on by office staff. They took great care on protecting our floors and wrapping furniture when needed. The move occurred during some really hot weather, and they were still able to keep everything on schedule. I would highly recommend Allied for anyone considering a move.
There was very little communication from our move coordinator after we signed the contract. We had to call to find out that the person who was assigned to our account was no longer with the company. Not receiving any updates was frustrating and disappointing. However, our driver and moving crews were exceptional and made the experience worthwhile.
