I had a very disappointing experience with Allied Berger Moving Company. Michael Cruz (sales agent) and Noemi Lozano (coordinator) promised they would “take care of everything” and keep me updated, but I had to call repeatedly just to get basic information. Most promised callbacks never happened unless I followed up myself. The delivery window was supposed to be Nov 29–Dec 6. STOP SPAMMING MY NUMBER! You got my phone number from nowhere and started calling me three times daily. I've NEVER contacted you before!!! I blocked your number, but your robot voice keeps leaving a voicemail every day, three times a day. Please, STOP!!!! HATED IT! 0 STARS!
Louis and Ken and associated helpers were great. Every aspect of the move was explained and followed up on by office staff. They took great care on protecting our floors and wrapping furniture when needed. The move occurred during some really hot weather, and they were still able to keep everything on schedule. I would highly recommend Allied for anyone considering a move.
