MUST READ! This company is a fraud. Once you sign that contract forget about what you were told or thought you knew. First, note that the quote they give you is a gross underestimate. When I had the relocation consultant come out to look at all my belongings and give me a quote, he stated the quote could go up or down "up to 10%." Professional and friendly movers, clear communication, no surprise costs. The process was very smooth.
I hired them to move my house contents and my car. Everything made it to the destination safely. The actual movers were great and handled everything professionally. The business people on the origin side, particularly the person who did the inspection and scheduled the services, seemed like they didn't care at all. I asked for pickup for my vehicle on a specific day and was told "no problem, we'll change that." This happened multiple times and they never changed the pickup.
