The packing was done efficiently. The delivery was on schedule. Jasmine and Rochelle were personable and professional. There were no hidden fees and our final cost was slightly less than the estimated cost.

Our experience was not good and certainly not what we had experienced with an Allied move in the past. We experienced multiple issues and communication with Allied, to address our issues, was difficult at best. Based on our experience with this recent move I certainly would not recommend Allied.

Frank’s people did the pack, he was our cross country driver and he arrived here early and had a local crew ready to go! From Brian, my estimator, to Jessica our coordinator, to Julio the packers, to the Arizona unpackers, we had excellent service and everything was done on time or even better-early! I personally thank Frank for going the extra mile to get two items that were left behind and that arrived with everything else! Everything arrived in tact and we highly recommend them for an interstate move!

All in all it wasn’t too bad. The promised level of support and communication did not happen as explained during the sales pitch. There was miscommunication on having any pre-packing done, so we ended up packing everything ourselves, which was a big job! The “loaders” in Georgia were great and the driver was great. The “unloaders” in Cali were just ok and didn’t always follow our instructions or take care not to damage the house.
