I cannot express my disappointment enough in the service provided. The crew who picked up my boxes and furniture did a great job. However, I had Allied store my household goods for 2 months while I moved to another state. When my furniture and boxes were delivered, multiple pieces of furniture were broken and almost all of the boxes were crushed. I am also missing boxes as I cannot find items after opening them all. I only have positive feedback to share regarding our recent move from Atlanta, GA to Boise,ID. Everyone we worked (sales estimator, driver, and movers) with was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I was especially impressed with Jordan who packed the truck in Atlanta and Oleg the driver. We experienced little to no damage during the move. I would very much recommend Allied moving!!!
The Move Consultant won the job in part by warning us about other providers that low ball an estimate only to demand a higher fee mid-move. Guess what? That’s exactly what Coleman-Allied did to us. They contacted us at the end of the first day of packing and said they needed thousands more or else they would just leave the rest of our belongings.
