I only have positive feedback to share regarding our recent move from Atlanta, GA to Boise,ID. Everyone we worked (sales estimator, driver, and movers) with was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I was especially impressed with Jordan who packed the truck in Atlanta and Oleg the driver. We experienced little to no damage during the move. I would very much recommend Allied moving!!!
The Move Consultant won the job in part by warning us about other providers that low ball an estimate only to demand a higher fee mid-move. Guess what? That’s exactly what Coleman-Allied did to us. They contacted us at the end of the first day of packing and said they needed thousands more or else they would just leave the rest of our belongings. The packing was done efficiently. The delivery was on schedule. Jasmine and Rochelle were personable and professional. There were no hidden fees and our final cost was slightly less than the estimated cost.
Our experience was not good and certainly not what we had experienced with an Allied move in the past. We experienced multiple issues and communication with Allied, to address our issues, was difficult at best. Based on our experience with this recent move I certainly would not recommend Allied.
Frank’s people did the pack, he was our cross country driver and he arrived here early and had a local crew ready to go! From Brian, my estimator, to Jessica our coordinator, to Julio the packers, to the Arizona unpackers, we had excellent service and everything was done on time or even better-early! I personally thank Frank for going the extra mile to get two items that were left behind and that arrived with everything else! Everything arrived in tact and we highly recommend them for an interstate move!
