Lies, lies, all the way!! Lost $2,500. Rug, lamp and chair. No response from anyone! Items not shipped(sold after est. prior to move) but were charged for. No explanation on final calculations! Daughter moved with them 2 months before, my bill twice what there’s was FOR SAME MILEAGE and half weight. This is outright fraud! Will report my case to NC State Attorney General, BBB and www.protect your move.gov.
