I came on here to write about my regretful experience with this moving company from start to finish, only to find everyone else said pretty much the same things. It started out with a bad quote. Was promised to receive a quote on 27 July 22 but never received it. After contacting the representative assigned to me (Bud), I was left on read twice with a response yet to be sent. Although it was specifically for a quote, I still feel like someone should’ve had the decency to respond to me stating that they were unable to assist with my move or anything along those lines. Worst move ever. Many items were broken. It's has been 6 weeks and we are still waiting on a claim rep to assess the damages. Extremely unprofessional. Wouldn't wear a mask. I could go on and on.

My move finalized on July 9, 2021. I was supposed to get a refund check. It is now September 6, 2021. I spent over $14,000 to move from Philadelphia PA to Tucson AZ; do you think that I could receive my overpayment in a timely manner? The payment to the company was due upon arrival. I have been promised my refund check for weeks now. Bayshore Allied stated that they sent the check but it was returned because of the "wrong address." Wow, really?
