Relocated by employer from Washington State to Arizona. Things were good for the most part. I had a frustrating time with scheduling a pick up as I was unable to be there for the load. I had to have a friend allow the movers in and pack everything. My friend did note that one of the movers showed up and was smoking weed in the parking lot prior to the move in. I came on here to write about my regretful experience with this moving company from start to finish, only to find everyone else said pretty much the same things. It started out with a bad quote. No one confirmed my details. And I never got a call from the driver or the company. Was promised to receive a quote on 27 July 22 but never received it. After contacting the representative assigned to me (Bud), I was left on read twice with a response yet to be sent. Although it was specifically for a quote, I still feel like someone should’ve had the decency to respond to me stating that they were unable to assist with my move or anything along those lines.
