Mgmt are not in the same page and they short your pay checks.and they don't care if you sick,you have to come to work.
Though this job provides you with lots of interaction, often times post scheduling will always have conflicts, rules change often, must be able to have flexible scheduling as they will not allow much room for life events. Though they offer benefits you rarely find out about them til last min and often aren't worth the amount they will deduct.
