Very easy and seamless Closing. I was actually shocked by how smoothly everything went as I've always heard horror stories about the hours of paperwork involved. I was there and done in just over 30 minutes. It was a pleasure to Close with Allied and I'd definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

I had an urgent need for a deed to be reviewed within less than 24 hours. Kim Stepanuk went above and an beyond crossing T's and dotting the I's. She also covered any legal document related to my divorce and she was able to offer changes which left no room for interpretation in the court system. She was very responding via texts, emails etc. Very reassuring in situations such as the one I was in.
