The company is in dire need of some overhaul of equipment and processes. The machines are poorly maintained and barely functioning. Good tools are far and few between. They bribe employees for good reviews. Absolute worse place I’ve ever worked. They say there is work in the interview then because of lack of work they have you clean, then turn around and yell at you for cleaning and not making them money. The tools are older than the Egyptians and big equipment constantly breaks, and there maintenance is a year behind although you get yelled at, and manipulated to believe it’s your fault, and you should do better.
