Can't agree more with other people regarding their customer service. If you want to waste an entire morning playing 20 questions with these guys just to get a simple price tag give them a call. No better than the container brokers

If you expect good customer service look somewhere else. I asked about purchasing having the container on my parents property twice, and both times I was told I would be contacted by someone else. No one ever called me back twice. I finally emptied the container and scheduled a pickup. They gave me a " mid morning" time of arrival. I had to call at noon to find out where the driver was. I was told they called my mother and spoke to her and she said to just call her. My mother has been living in a home for memory care and has... read more

So disappointed in this company if I could give a 0 I would! We lost almost everything to mold.We were renting this while we did our addition and sent Jim the manager pictures and a message with no response. These were things that meant a lot to our family and we trusted they would be safe in the contain as we were assured when we rented the container. Shame on this company
