This place gets 5 stars for workmanship and service. I was in a bind and needing a unique hinge made. I was left with zero options as it is not available through retail and no one with similar capabilities would bother or they priced me out. I spoke with Joel and he said, “absolutely, let’s take a look and we’ll give it a shot!” I ended up choosing the route of repair (laser cut a patch and weld). It looks and functions amazing. We love our railing! Kurt and Isaac were amazing to work with—so incredibly kind and thoughtful about all the various large and small decisions that needed to be made. I was amazed at the skill and craftsmanship it took to make this railing work so beautifully on these long, uneven, curvy steps. All in all, a superior experience.

Initially I had given less stars due to some miscommunication. I was contacted by Joel who genuinely seemed to care about the issue. After speaking to him and explaining my perspective Joel corrected the issue immediately. I really due appreciate the customer care

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to in this case. I emailed them about a very small job cutting me little disks for my engine I’m rebuilding as the part I needed wasn’t available. This isn’t their normal work but Joel said they were more than happy to do the job for me. Gave them the information and they had it done the next day. Excellent communication and customer service and excellent work!
