Worst insurance company you could get
This company is a pure joke when processing GAP auto claims. When the claim is submitted, they tell you 30 days “or so” to process the full claim. Here we are past 30 days in and I’m being told an additional 3 weeks as my claim is in the final auditing phase. I don’t even understand how they are still in business with the lack of service. They do not help you at all I have been on the phone on and off for the last month trying to get something done but nothing has been done with my gap claim.
