All have to say is you better watch every penny and where it is applied to your loan. I paid very large amounts and specified what money was to go where and Allied Servicing does what the hell they want to, only their rules apply, not federal or state laws. It is sad that they can just take $2,000.00 you sent to be applied to principal and if they want it to go into escrow, then that is where it goes. Allied Servicing Corporation is very unprofessional and unethical. Allied serviced a loan for my company for several years. Our borrower paid off the loan in June 2020 but Allied refused to transfer the payoff funds to my company. After Allied’s refusal to answer my calls or mail, we were forced to retain legal counsel and threaten a lawsuit. We finally received our funds from Allied in Sept 2020.
