They suck they don't do the proper care for those there while trying to bleed you dry of all your money and put you in debt
One of the better run facilities in the area. It is clean, well kept, and the patients are treated well. The therapists are knowledgeable and treat the patients with dignity. It is also an easy-to-get-to location in the Scranton area.
Best therapy ever
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible place. Mind you my grandfather has dementia while reading this. Does not follow instructions given from hospital on easy to chew foods or needs assistance to eat etc. We would have to take shifts there to feed my grandfather when it was on his discharge paperwork from the hospital that he need assistance and they could care less. Don't send your family member here in the name of Jesus.... They will sit in their own urine being ignored for a significant time. If your family member has any neurological issues, this facility is not safe. I pray that someone reads this and understands how important it is not to send your family member here. They will not be treated with care all of the time. I wish I would have read the reviews before I sent my mother there I would have done everything I could to send her somewhere else.
