I was there for a month for rehab I was put on the floor with the permanent elderly patients in a nursing home setting. The care was awful and unprofessional. The only good part was the therapy.
I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. My father was sent there after a seizure and hospital stay. He arrived on a Sunday. That night I got a call two nurses dropped him to the floor but he was ok. I went up Monday and he was complaining his neck hurt, you could see there was something wrong. I asked if they could get an X-ray I was advised they would. Tuesday still in terrible pain asked about the X-ray I was advised again they would schedule it. They suck they don't do the proper care for those there while trying to bleed you dry of all your money and put you in debt
One of the better run facilities in the area. It is clean, well kept, and the patients are treated well. The therapists are knowledgeable and treat the patients with dignity. It is also an easy-to-get-to location in the Scranton area.
