Don't send your family member here in the name of Jesus.... They will sit in their own urine being ignored for a significant time. If your family member has any neurological issues, this facility is not safe. I pray that someone reads this and understands how important it is not to send your family member here. My mother was recently here for almost a month recovering and there aren’t enough great things to say about the place. Wonderful nurses and very clean facility. The social worker Melissa was great to deal with. Highly recommend if you need care for a family member on the mend!

Food sucks some staff are good but not all. Takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours after pushing the call button unless you have family and friends there then they're fast.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am an agency nurse worked here for a month and it was a disgrace. I was getting blamed for work that other nurses weren't doing as far as treatments that was NOT done days prior to me being there. I basically was picking up the slack for others. Got DNR'd (Do no return ) from facility by DON, which nothing happened. I did what I was supposed to do. I had residents tell me there wound care was not done in days and I'm one of the nurses that did them. I even got compliments from residents fam... read more

I'm a resident of Allied Skilled nursing and this place and the staff is awesome I try to keep busy with activities and all them are great I got back to ceramics the food is ok but I'm a picky eater I have to say they do their best they are feeling over 300 people but I would recommend Allied to anyone who needs help thank you to the Staff and everyone involved in my care thank again Dawn Yourkowski Allied Skilled Nursing 253 North
