I worked for Allied 3 and just a couple months short of 4yrs. I been in the Nursing field for 17yrs, so I’m familiar with the oppression from bosses/employees, racism, and not being treated fairly. I never thought I’ll be treated like that from Allied Human Services Clark Summit. I thought I found my home with loving what I do, and instead it was taking away from me. There was a confusion on my mother's side and she had 2 nurse facilities coming out. Geisinger home decided to call allied and tell them to discharge her. When I contacted allied to let them know that's not what we wanted the lady who answered the phone was so nasty. She told me they discharged her and there was nothing they could do. I asked if I could have the doctor just send back our the referral and she said you can but doesn't mean we will have nurses to come out now. She was so mean and nasty. Wonderful home health nurses, care and very knowledgeable. I have stage 3 neurological Lyme disease that requires transfusions through my picc line. Thank you for all you do!
