I contacted American Home Solutions and Bill was sent out by them to assist with issues related to my heat and boiler. He is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable as well in the step by step assistance that he provided as well.
We were extremely pleased with the great service provided by Bill of Allied Services of Stoughton, MA. Our furnace died overnight in below-freezing temperatures and Allied Services was on the list of providers offered by our carrier Columbia Home Solutions insurance. While we were still on the phone with Columbia booking the service call, Bill called and said he would be out as soon as he was done with his current service call. Wow! Bill was sent to my house by my landlord to work on some issues on some our very old plumbing. I had someone come twice before to try to fix it and they couldn't. Bill fixed everything and even updated some of the plumning in just a few hours. He's extremely nice and very trustworthy....I even gave him a key....which I NEVER do because I felt very comfortable with him here. He's the only plumber I'll use from now on.
